Refund Policy We stand behind our services and want to make sure our clients are completely satisfied. In the event that you receive services and decide you are not satisfied, please contact our office at (920) 261-8800 to discuss your dissatisfaction. Sanft Accounting & Tax, LLC will attempt to respond to your needs in a positive way in order to correct any issues and satisfy you. If a resolution cannot be met, you will be asked to submit a statement of your dissatisfaction in writing to our office. A refund will be issued via check within 30 days of the receipt of your written statement. Please note, in most cases, the issuance of a refund will result in the disengagement of any current and future services provided to you by Sanft Accounting & Tax, LLC.
