If a resolution cannot be met, you will be asked to submit a statement of your dissatisfaction in writing to our office. A refund will be issued via check within 30 days of the receipt of your written statement. Please note, in most cases, the issuance of a refund will result in the disengagement of any current and future services provided to you by Sanft Accounting & Tax, LLC. Sanft Accounting & Tax, LLC will not be liable to you for any damages that may occur as a result of our ceasing to render services.
